A loving workshop for girls aged 7–12 and their mothers, older sisters, aunts, and loved ones. Together, we'll delve into the exciting time of change: What happens in our bodies as we grow up? How can we understand what hormones do to us—and why we're not "moody," but cyclical? How can we prepare for our first period? With knowledge, heart, and humor, we'll strengthen body awareness, self-esteem, and the bond between mother and daughter. We'll talk about menstrual products, body knowledge, and communication—openly, honestly, and empoweringly. A circle filled with trust, ease, and connection. As a sex educator, I'll bring my toolkit of methods and look forward to a wonderful morning together, exploring topics such as menstruation, the menstrual cycle, and bodily changes. Early and age-appropriate education is important to me to dispel myths and foster the self-confidence of children and teenagers. I look forward to a lovely time together. Michelle
